Funded in part by a grant from City of Encinitas, This is a visual arts workshop open to the community for those who want to try a variey of mediums taught by skilled artists. It will take place on Thursday Febuary 25th at the Ecke Building in the San Diego Botanic Garden. Enroll now to assure your participation, enrollment is limited. Simon (oils), Dave Ombrello (photography), Joan Grine (pastel) and Patricia Watkins (jewelry) are the featured artists at Off Track 1.
